Peter Cocks

Peter is a senior manager, entrepreneur and experienced consultant who has worked throughout his career developing and succesfully managing complex managed services and BPO projects.  He has held senior roles in large technology and telecommunications organisations including, Digital Equipment, BT plc and Concert Communications and has designed and managed multi disciplined customer facing organisations at both the global and Uk level. Peter has also had responsibility for developing and managing large global multi national clients and has an extensive network within the vendor community.

Peter has also helped establish several successful businesses including a Uk based web marketplace aimed at tradespeople and an offshore contact centre business. For the last 5 years, he has been advising organisations on operational efficiency and regularly advises on major procurements, vendor management and negotiations and service improvement strategy. Peter has advised many private and public sector clients as diverse as Vodafone, BTplc, HM Treasury, DLA Piper, Transport for London and Essex County Council.
