Stephen McCabe

Stephen is a senior manager, entrepreneur and experienced consultant who has worked throughout his career identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy.  He has held senior roles in large consulting organisations including, Deloitte and BT Consulting, facing customers in major blue chip companies around the world where he brought innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial drive to his clients.  For the last 10 years, he has been building companies carrying the responsibility for planning and directing the organisation's activities to achieve targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality and culture.

Stephen’s consulting experience has focused on IT & telecoms strategy, design and procurement with specific expertise in outsourcing, programme management and technology-based business transformation including financial analysis, supplier negotiations, and business strategy.  He has experience in Finance, Public Sector and Telecommunications working for such clients as, Lloyds TSB, Chase Manhattan Bank, HMRC,Transport for London, NHS, Hongkong Telecom, and Malaysia Telecom.
